TRANSCRIPT VERIFICATION REPORTS
The Ministry issues transcript verification reports in both the first and second semesters, so that students can review them and ensure transcripts are accurate and there are no errors, omissions or missing courses that will affect the student's ability to graduate on time. When students receive these Ministry Published transcript reports, they should check them carefully.
If an error is found, see your counsellor immediately so that any problems can be resolved.
Typical things to watch for include:
- ensuring the student has passed all courses
- ensuring the student has not miscalculated credits
- ensuring the student is enrolled in sufficient numbers of courses
- ensuring the student is taking all Ministry required courses
- ensuring there has not been a clerical or administrative error in terms of credits or completed courses.
