GRAD TRANSITIONS IS BEING PHASED OUT. BUT SENIOR STUDENTS GRADUATING IN 2017 STILL REQUIRE THIS COURSE TO GRADUATE:
The course asks you to consider what you want to do for the rest of your life. You are asked to reflect on your accomplishments and set goals to prepare you for "life after school". Students will collect evidence achievements in the areas of:
- Personal Goals and Aspirations
- Community Connections
- Career and Life
- Presentation
We will schedule meetings for Grade 12s to discuss the Grad Transitions Program, the due dates for completion of booklets, and the presentation.
